À l’issue du XVIIIe congrès du Parti communiste, la Chine dispose d’une nouvelle équipe dirigeante. Celle-ci marchera dans les pas de Jiang Zemin et poursuivra les réformes économiques. Au niveau politique, l’objectif ultime demeure la stabilité du système. Les dirigeants chinois ont toutefois tiré les leçons du printemps arabe et savent qu’ils doivent donner des gages à la population, notamment dans le domaine de la lutte contre la corruption.
Coming out of the 18th Congress of the Communist Party, China has a new management team. This group will walk in the footsteps of Jiang Zemin and pursue economic reforms. At the political level, the ultimate goal remains maintaining the stability of the system. Chinese leaders, however, have learned from the Arab Spring and know that they must make some guarantees to the population, especially concerning the fight against corruption.
