Julien Hazemann is a documentary photographer. Through his artist’s eye, he develops an decentered reflection on global urbanism, which is complementary to the scientific approach of the geographer. From Chongqing to Dehli via Dakar, Julien Hazemann’s project is to photograph "The making of the city in the 21st century".
